God's Spirit holds authority over every single thing. His flesh with His substance, the power is still the same. God in flesh can still perform His many works to do. He simply does His Father's will. And God is Spirit, He can save all mankind, and so can God in flesh. God does His own work.

God Himself is life and truth, and His life and truth are intertwined. Those who gain not His truth, gain not life. If you know not the source of truth, you receive not the nourishment of life. Christ of the last days brings life and carries enduring and everlasting truth. This truth is the path that man must walk to gain life. It is the only path to knowing God and receiving His approval.

The way of life isn't something anyone possesses; it's not something anyone can get easily. For life comes only from God, only God Himself has the substance of life, only God has the way of life. So only God is the source of life, and the ever-flowing wellspring of living water of life. From the creation of the world, God has done a lot of work that involves the vitality of life, that brings life to man; He has paid a great price for man to gain life. For God Himself is eternal life; He is the way by which man gets resurrection.

What basic principles point out the true way? See if the Spirit works, if truth is expressed; see who is testified, and what it brings to you. For belief in God means belief in God's Spirit. Faith in God incarnate is faith in the fact that He's the embodiment of the Spirit of God, He is God's Spirit who takes the form of flesh, He is the Word that now has become flesh.

God has come to earth to make real the words "the Word become flesh," and so issues the words through His flesh. (It's unlike the time of Moses in Old Testament— words were spoken straight by God from the sky.) The supreme meaning of God's incarnation is that the work of the Spirit's accomplished through the flesh and the words. This is the true meaning of "the Word become flesh" and "the Word's appearance in the flesh."
